Audio Data (Microphone Usage)

Our App utilizes your device's microphone for the "voice chat command" feature within the astrologer discussion screen. When you use this feature:

  • Collection: We collect your voice input to convert it into text for processing your chat commands.
  • Usage: The audio data is processed in real-time by the Speech-to-Text service to transcribe your spoken words into text. This text is then used to generate responses from the astrological chat.
  • Storage: We do not store raw audio recordings on our servers. The audio data is processed ephemerally for transcription and is not retained after conversion to text.
  • Sharing: The transcribed text (not the raw audio) may be shared with our AI service provider (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI) to generate astrological responses. We ensure that our service providers adhere to strict data privacy and security standards.

Your Control Over Personal Data

We believe in giving you full control over your personal information.

  • Profile Page: All personal data collected by us (excluding login credentials) is displayed on your dedicated profile page within the App.
  • Modification and Deletion: You have the full authority to modify or delete your personal data directly from your profile page at any time. This includes your name, date of birth, place of birth, and other astrological profile details.
  • Login Profile: For security reasons, your primary login credentials (email/phone number used for account creation) cannot be modified or deleted directly from the profile page. If you wish to make changes to your login profile, please contact our support team.

We share your Personal Information only when necessary to provide our services, fulfill our contracts with you, or comply with legal obligations. This may include sharing with:

  • Payment Processors: As mentioned, financial data is shared directly with Stripe and Razorpay for transaction processing.
