No Refunds for Points

VedicQ operates on a points-based system for accessing premium features, including consultations with our AI Astrologer. Points are acquired through earning (e.g., watching ads) or purchasing via various payment methods (e.g., credit card, UPI, net banking, wallets).

**Please note that all points earned or purchased are non-refundable.** Once points are credited to your account, they cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of monetary refund.

Point Expiry

Points issued to your account, whether earned or purchased, will expire 365 days from the date of their acquisition. It is the user's responsibility to utilize their points before this expiry period. Expired points cannot be reinstated or refunded.

Usage of Points

Points can be used to access various services within the VedicQ application, such as:

Consultations with the AI Astrologer.
Detailed horoscope analyses.
Other premium features as they become available.

By earning or purchasing points, you agree to these terms. We encourage users to manage their points effectively and utilize them within the validity period.
